Trying to find Thule feet and/or fit kit to use my old style rectangular Thule bars. They need to attach to the t-slot bed rails of the Retrax Pro tonneau cover.

What you need to install your old Thule crossbars to the RetraxPRO is the Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet # THKIT3101. In addition to the fit kit you will need the Thule 460 podium feet. We no longer carry these since they are discontinued so you will have to track some down. The two together will allow you to mount the rack on the rails of your RetraxPRO.

The Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3101 #THKIT3101 does not have the covers available separately. You will need to replace the kit to get the covers.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier #RR572 that you referenced does fit the Whispbar crossbars you have. The picture I attached shows the carrier installed on a similar set of aero crossbars.
