We don't have any way of knowing the length of leaf spring on any trailer, so to determine if the 7,000 lb # e64SR is correct, you'll need to measure yours from center eye to center eye.
When doing that, keep in mind that leaf springs flatten out over time, so you'll want to pick leaf springs that are a bit shorter than the measurement you get. So if yours measured around 25-1/4", for example, you would go with the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles - 24-7/8" Long # e64SR.
