The Curt cc # C34ER will indeed fit your 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. This will need the spare tire to be lowered or removed temporarily for hitch installation and an underbody panel(s) and/or fascia must be temporarily loosened or removed as well. Trimming may also be needed to reattach the panel or fascia.
