Thanks for the picture! Yes, you will have no problem pulling a bass boat out of the water with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e98862. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your 2011 Honda Odyssey with included hardware.
This hitch has a 2" receiver and a 3,500 lbs towing capacity. I did a quick search and it looks like your Odyssey has the same capacity. I recommend verifying this with your owners manual.
We had a 2011 Odyssey in the shop awhile back and I included a link below of the etrailer item # e98862 being installed so you can see the process.
Since you are going to be towing you will need a wiring harness item # 118521 and a ball mount kit item # C45534 .
