Weight Capacity of Tow Ready Combo Bar with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver

Question:

I plan to single out my dually. Im making an overland vehicle. The tires will be 41inch 335 X 80 X r20. Depend on wheels steel or aluminum the tire and wheels can weight~ 300lbs. I have a 2017 5500 Dodge Ram with a cab to axel ratio of 60. The camper Bigfoot 10.6 2005 over hangs the 9foot 4inch bed by 30inch inches so I need to extend the receiver with an extender at least 40inch to accommodate the stairs. I plan to use the 48inch extender on your sight item # 80948. Then attach the 195225 onto the extender. Do you know how this will affect the tongue weight? Ive seen a similar use on a similar rig however they wielded an offset hitch so the tire will not interfere with the opening of the door. They also have a 11foot 5inch bed so the added extension was shorter. My model of camper will not allow an offset, so I plan to come out of the center hitch. Yes, that means I have to lower the tire each time I want to get in the camper. I have looked at other option swing style and custom but the roadmaster has been used before for this purpose and is the cheaper option. Any feedback and advice is welcome. Ive attached a mocked upinch version of what I want to do minus modifications to the steps. Thank

In regards to the Tow Ready Combo Bar with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 80948, the longer the receiver tube is less support you'll have. That said, we cannot provide specifics on this as there are several other variables at play so in order to obtain a true rating you'll need to consult an engineer.

Please note, the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier part # RM-195225 reduces hitch capacity by 1/3 .
