In order to install a brake controller on your 2004 International 4300 you will need to use those wires you have found and wire them into the # ETBC7 kit. You will have to cut off the 4-Way on the ETBC7 and then use a circuit tester like # PTW2992 if you need one to determine the functions of the wires on the truck.
You will then need to connect them to the 4-Way wires on the ETBC7. Brown is for running lights, yellow is for left turn and brake, and green is for right turn and brake.
Then mount the 7-Way and attach the white wire to the vehicle frame. From there you will need the wire and circuit breakers in the ETBC7 kit to hardwire the rest of the ETBC7 wires and the brake controller. I have included some links to the right that explain how the installation will go from there. Once completed your P3, # 90195, will be ready to go.
