Hello, I am looking for a underbed gooseneck hitch for a 2016 Ford F450 super duty, Lariat, dual wheel, factory bed, without factory hitch package, Has air bags. Thank You

I recommend going with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1111 for your 2016 Ford F-450 Super Duty. This is an American-Made underbed gooseneck hitch that gives you the ability to store the hitch ball upside down in the hitch receiver when you aren't towing. Since you have a dually you'll also want to pick up the Extended Latch Pin Handle # BWGNXA1800 so it'll be easier to secure and release the hitch ball.

The only other gooseneck hitch worth looking at is the Reese # RP30138-26 which is the exact same thing as the OEM puck system for your F-450 but if you don't ever plan on towing with a 5th wheel hitch it won't be worth the extra cost really.

Fitment with an air bag kit can vary and typically the air bag kit is added after a gooseneck hitch. If you can let me know what air bag kit you have I can see if it is compatible with an in-bed hitch system like what is mentioned above.

I checked with B and W and the correct replacement ball release latch pin handle you are looking for is the part #BW1900-2-2007 that you referenced for your B and W Turnoverball hitch #BWGNRK1111.
