Why Are My Tires Blowing About Every 2 Years

Question:

Need tire help. My trailer keeps blowing tires about every 1 to 2 years. They are load range E with 2860lbs with 3 axles so should be 17160lbs I am thinking. Weighted trailer and axle scale is showing 10620lbs. So should not be a weight issue correct? 40 gooseneck triple axle with 225 75r15 tires.

With the information that you provided it would not be a weight issue.

After doing some research it could be a few things. First you need to make sure that you're inflating your tires to the maximum PSI, If tires are underinflated, the tires can wear on the inside rather than evenly around the tread.

Another option could be that your trailer suspension is not perfectly squared or the axle isn't straight and the tries can reflect by wearing unevenly, and finally I would check the hub. If the hub is loose the tires could wear unevenly.

If this does not solve the problem please reach back out to me and I can look further into it.
