2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty In-Bed 7-Way Wiring Connection Recommendation

I need a 90deg 7 blade plug for a 2007 f250 super duty. for fith wheel. There are 3 choices for Bargman? Which part number do I need? Thanks

The only in-bed 7-Way wiring kit from Bargman I'm seeing for your 2007 Ford F-250 is the part # 50-97-410.
Sometimes when there are different fits like that it has to do with where you're plugging the tee in. If it's behind the OEM connection further up the vehicle then it might be more squared or rectangular but if it's right behind the 7-Way at the back of your truck then it will be the US Car Connection that's standard on every truck out there. The Bargman I recommended above has the US Car Connection.
