Yes it does, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75237 does fit both a 2010 Toyota Sienna and a 2011 Toyota Sienna.

Just keep in mind you never, ever want to re-use hardware from a hitch as it will be stripped and worn, and won't provide a strong connection. So if you are transferring the # 75237 from one Sienna to another, you'll want to get replacement hardware:

- Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK

All you need to do is click # RHK, enter "75237" in the "Hitch Item Number" box, select "Draw-Tite" from the “Manufacturer” drop-down menu, hit "Add to Cart" and you're set.
