Need suggestion to secure my Thule transporter # TH665C: 1. connected to 2 inch receiver 2. then the Thule transporter carrier itself

The Thule Transporter Combi Hitch Mounted Enclosed Cargo Carrier TH665C (discontinued) comes with an anti-rattle hitch bolt but if you want to upgrade that to a locking hitch pin you just need the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 which is compatible with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers so this is perfect for your application.
