I spoke with Ultra-Fab and they were able to let me know that the distance from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the mounting plate on the Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Steel Rollers for RVs w/ 3" Hitch Tubing # UF48-979018 is 3-1/8".
