What size hole saw is needed for F250 superduty

When our install crew installed the Hopkins # 41157 on a 2011 Silverado, we used a 2-1/8 inch diameter hole saw, as you can see in the video I have linked. Although the video shows the harness being installed on a Silverado, it would work equally as well on your 2010 F250SD.
