Solution for 4-Way Wiring on 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis
Question:
You list the hopkins 11140504 for a 2001 Crown Victoria but not for the Merc. Grand Marquis . Would this not work as they are corporate sisters and virtually all parts are interchangeable.

Although they may be similar, the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM11140504 only works with the 1998-2003 Ford Crown Victoria according to the manufacturer. In order to add a wiring harness to your 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis you will need to use the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236.
