Recommended Roof Vent with 12 VDC Fan for Vintage Travel Trailer

I am restoring a 1957 Cardinal camp trailer. I want to replace the existing roof vent with one that has a multi speed fan. The inside deminsions of the exist vent are 13 and 7/8 X 13 and 7/8 inches. Do you have one that will work?

I recommend the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, # MA00-06401K for a smoke color dome or, select part number # MA00-05301K for a white dome. This is a manual lift design that has 2 arms to support the dome and keep it open instead of one. It has a 4-speed fan that will still work when the vent is closed, functioning as a ceiling fan. But best of all for this excellent price point vent fan is that it has an integrated rain shield that prevents rainwater from entering your travel trailer and allows you to open the vent and operate the fan in any weather. This is designed to fit a 14"x14" opening and I think is a great option for your 1957 Cardinal.

However, if you would prefer something with a few more features, we do have the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent, # MA00-07000K. This is the next step up from the above suggestion with a powered lift vent, 10-speed fan that is reversible, has a thermostat and remote too.

While running the MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe #MA00-06401K requires about 4-1/2 amps. For startup it will pull around 9 amps.

For your MaxxFan that is a 4301 Series the correct circuit board is the part #MA10-04301K-V16.
