For replacement brake magnets on your toy hauler, you need the Replacement Magnet Kit for 12" Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs # AKBRKR-M12. From what we have found in the past, that AL-KO 8460 hub and drum assembly is a 5,200 lb assembly, possibly 6,000 lbs. Since you have a # 15123 bearing I'm sure the other bearing is a # 25580 which is a common combination on 6k axles.
If you decide to replace the brakes entirely you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA. These will fit the 5 bolt brake flange you described and can be installed using the # BRKH12.
