We do not offer any rubber bumper accessory item intended specifically for the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler, part # BD028657. However, we do have replacement rubber bumpers intended for other products and for general-purpose use and one of these might be adapted to your application.
For example, Redline offers a 1-inch round bumper, part # 386000, which is a general-purpose
bumper with a 1/4 inch recess and 1-8 inch mounting hole. It is 13/16 inch tall.
The best item I found that might be adaptable to your need is Reese # RP30136, which is a rubber goose neck hitch ball hole cover. This flat cover measures 3-1/2-inches overall diameter and 2-3/8-inches inside diameter. I did actually test-fit this on the channel mount of the Bulldog Coupler # BD028657. It actually fits quite well inside the sides of the channel. This would require silicone rubber glue or some bailing wire to keep it in place but if you refer to the linked video you can see how it fits.
