Install a Thule HUllavator TH898 The EVO Raised Rail feet will not mounted to the above vehicle due to the design of my Outback there are no gaps please provide suggestions I will provide photo if necessary

To install the Thule Wingbar Evo roof rack part numbers # TH711220 and # TH710401 on your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon with the factory roof rack you'd need to have the factory crossbars in the stowed position so that they are parallel with the direction of your vehicle. You will use those bars as the attachment point for the feet of the Wingbar rack.

This will allow you to mount and use a Thule Hullavator # TH898.
