Thanks for the picture! The Thule replacement part you referenced item # TH14936, is the correct replacement hinge for your Atlantis 1800XT Cargo Box. It is also the replacement hinge for all of the Thule Evolution, Ascent, and Atlantis Series Cargo Boxes.

I pulled up pictures of your Land Rover cargo box VPLVR0062 and that is definitely a rebranded Thule cargo box (I can't think of specific model), so the correct replacement lid lifter is the #TH14936 that you referenced.
