Hi, I bought a Landrover box on Kijiji, and I need to replace the dual-side opening hinge. The model is VPLVR0062. I was under the impression that it was manufactured by Thule, not sure why. Do you know how I could find the missing part?

I pulled up pictures of your Land Rover cargo box VPLVR0062 and that is definitely a rebranded Thule cargo box (I can't think of specific model), so the correct replacement lid lifter is the # TH14936 that you referenced.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and she confirmed that replacement hinge #TH14936 will fit the Thule Hyper XL TH612. I have included a link to a Video of Replacement Hinge #TH14936 for Thule Cargo Boxes.

The replacement hinge compatible with the Sears X-Cargo Sport 20 cargo box is part #TH14936. This has a stronger spring than the original but will work for your cargo box.
