The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver is confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford Edge Titanium with hands free liftgate. Keep in mind, this will likely limit the functionality of the kick sensor so you will need to find the right spot on either side of the receiver to activate it. The same is true for any hitch you choose to install on your vehicle.
Also yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C73FR is the correct wiring harness for the Titanium. This will plug into the connection points behind your tail lights and provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
Since it seems like you will be doing some towing you will also want a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
