Which etrailer Brand 2 Inch Hitch Receiver Lock
Question:
I see some of the reviews reference that certain part numbers for etrailers 2 in hitch locks will not fit some 2 in hitches from certain manufacturers. Do you know if I need e98882 or e98881 for the hitch on the motorhome?

Expert Reply:
The receiver tubes of some 2 inch hitches are wider than what's standard, such as Toyota's OEM hitch.
It's pretty easy to determine which one you'll need. Simply measure the outside width of the receiver tube at the hitch pin hole. If the width is less than 2-5/8 of an inch, the # e98882 would work great for you. If it's wider than that, use # e98881 which has a wider inside span.
