Availability of Hitch Adapter to Go From 2 Inch Hitch to 1-1/4 inch Hitch

Is there a tow hitch attachment that can make the sizing from 2 to 1.25 inch? Or something smaller in case I have to get an activity mount? Or better yet any tow hitches coming out soon for 2022nx250?

Yes we do have hitch adapters to go from 2 inch to 1-1/4 inch hitches with the part # C45770. We do not have any hitches at this time for a 2022 Lexus NX 250.
