Reese Goose Box for 2016 Cougar 327RES Towed by 2020 Ram 3500 OEM Prep Package

I have a 2020 ram 3500 6.4 bed and a 2016 cougar 327res with the max turn cap and Lippert pin box 1621 confirmed by Lippert, they suggest using the 20k Reese goose box if I decide to switch to a goose box adapter. I have a BandW slider hitch but never needed to use it. My camper sits level with plenty of clearance above the bed side rails. BandW is an excellent hitch but heavy. Questions, Using the Reese will there be a change in height, level and clearance different from my current setup? What is the return policy if i cant achieve the turn radius and clearance needed? Is there a way to measure to verify before purchasing or do you guys have software or cad to verify? I currently have the Ram OEM puck hitch system, do the make an offset ball for Ram puck system in case i need clearance? \

You did a lot of great homework on this and provided me with enough info that we can tell you that the correct Goose Box you'd need is the part # RP85FR and it would provide you with enough turning clearance since you never had to use your slider hitch in the slid back position. The Goose Box would put the pivot point at the exact same point as the fifth wheel hitch so it would work just fine.
