Bike Rack Solution to Carry 50 lb E-Bikes with 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195 RB Being Towed
Question:
I have a 2022 Hyundai Palisade, and tow a 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195 RB. Will the CC-275 be compatible and carry two Townie Go! 7D Step-Thru e-bikes using a Saris Superclamp bike rack without bikes or rack hitting either the camper or the Palisade when driving or during tight turns? I also use sway bars.

The Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-275 that you referenced would fit your 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 195 RB but it has a 100 lb weight capacity so the weight of a bike rack and two e-bikes would pretty easily exceed that so this wouldn't be the best route it seems.
I looked up the weight of your Townie Go! 7D and found them to be 50 lbs per bike.
So the best option would be to install a hitch on the back of your Jayco like the # 13703 so that you could use an RV approved hitch bike rack for e-bikes like the Hollywood Racks RV Rider part # HLY64FR and you'd be set. This has more than enough weight capacity and has a frame clamp design that works great with step thru bike frames like your bikes as well.
