The only way to get the required weight capacity you need for your 2 Lectric e-bikes is by a hitch bike rack. Also, from looking at your bike models, you most likely have front fenders and/or a rear cargo platform on the bikes. From the available specs I have, since your battery weighs 7 pounds, your total weight of your bikes will be 58 pounds per-bike. We here at etrailer recommend removing your batteries during transport to avoid any unnecessary risk of damage.

With the 58-pound bikes, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202. The EasyFold XT includes independently-adjusting cradles that accommodate virtually all bike frame styles. Also, the rack is constructed to be compatible with both Class I and Class II hitches without reducing the overall per-bike weight capacity of 65 pounds per bike. Also, the rack comes with an integrated ramp that makes loading and unloading much easier than models without the ramp feature. It comes loaded with locks that protect the bikes and the rack itself from theft. It is important to note that the EasyFold XT is compatible with crosstubes up to 3-1/8" in diameter. I recommend making sure there is an available attachment point on your Lectric models that are less than this measurement. I went ahead and attached a photo of a neighbor using a Lectric bike model with the EasyFold XT.

If you happen to have fat tires that measure between 3 and 4-11/16 inches wide, you need the fat tire straps # TH985101 for each bike.

For your 2016 Honda Accord Sedan Touring, if you need a compatible hitch, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11681. This hitch provides you with 200 pounds of tongue weight capacity and 2,000 pounds of maximum gross towing capacity, which is enough capacity you need for both bikes and the EasyFold XT. The hitch also comes with a superior gloss outer coat over the base powder coat that provides more protection from rust/corrosion than competitors.
