To accommodate a children's bike on The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY94FR you could use The Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO.
The adapter bar adapts women's, children's and full suspension bikes to fit on various bicycle racks. It attaches to your bike's seat post and handlebar stem post. The minimum opening for the bar is 15-13/64 inches and the maximum opening is 28-13/16 inches.
