Replacement Coupler for a Titan Model 60 7k lb. Surge Brake Actuator

Hello I have a titan surge brake acurater 60Z7000. Unfortunately the coupler has been damaged beyond to be used It can’t be put on the 2” ball anymore. Can I get a replacement Coupler for the surge brake ? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

We do have the replacement parts you are needing for your Titan Model 60 7k lb. sure brake actuator. You will want to use the Replacement Coupler Case Assembly for Titan Model 60 Actuator # T2337800 and the Latch Repair Kit for Titan Multi-Fit Couplers and Brake Actuators # T4045400 to replace the coupler on your Titan Model 60 7k lb. actuator.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
