We do have the correct wiring harness for your 2018 Honda Pilot without the factory tow package, and take note that even though the title of the product says "for factory tow package", that is not needed. The correct part for your '18 Pilot is the following:
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118760
The reason why this will still work is that your Pilot technically does have the tow package (all do), it just doesn't have the three fuses installed to activate it. The # 118760 comes with those three fuses, and you just have to insert them in the fuse box under the hood at the positions outlined in the directions.
The harness will be positioned outside your Pilot, so you can easily mount it with the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
