The most efficient transmission cooler option for your 2019 Honda Odyssey is the largest transmission cooler that you can get to fit in front of the radiator. The second best placement is between the AC condenser and the radiator that allows for moderate air flow. The efficiency of a transmission cooler is based mostly off it's size and placement.
I recommend Derale 19-Row Stacked-Plate Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13403 that measures 13" wide x 7-5/16" tall x 2" deep. The stacked-plate transmission coolers are considered the most efficient style of transmission coolers because of their increased surface area that allows the fluid to cooler faster compared to the tube and fin designs. As long as you have enough space this is the best option for the 2019 Honda Odyssey.
If you already have the factory cooler in the 2019 Honda Odyssey, you can install the Derale cooler in line with the factory cooler either behind it or in front of it.
