Does a 2011 Nissan Murano Needed to Be Jacked Up to Install a Trailer Hitch
Question:
I just purchased the above hitch and cant wait to install this weekend. My question is whether or not you recommend jacking up the Murano prior to installing or will there be enough clearance?

If you can get the vehicle up on a jack and jack stands it will make the installation a lot easier. Also, having an assistant will make getting the hitch into position a lot easier. Here at our facility we have vehicle lifts that make installation much easier for our installers and they would agree that the more space you have available the better.
