I have a maxxair with remote, it wont shut off. Surmise that I need a new circuit board, but dont know what model number it is or part #to order. We have a 2017 377mb Columbus palomino fifth wheel camper.

Circuit boards are model specific so you will need to purchase the correct board for your model. This means you will have to look at your fan to find the model number and identify which model you have in order to choose the correct replacement part.

Since your MaxxFan has powered lift arms and a rain sensor that would mean you have the #MA00-04751KSX and the required circuit board replacement is the part #MA39FR. At this time we do not have an install video we can share though.

The 10B21275KE part #MA39FR replaces the 10-21275KE you mentioned as well so if you had an older model number you could use it in same application.
