I would be happy to help you pick out the right adjustable ball mount for your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty. The bottom portion of the receiver on your factory hitch sits 22 Inches from the ground. You are going to want the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch - 7-1/2" Drop/Rise - 18K - Black item # BWTS20040B you were looking at. The 7-1/2" drop option is our number one adjustable hitch for your model year F-250. The adjustable ball mount measures 11-3/4" from the top of the receiver to the bottom of the ball when it is in the lowest drop position. You will be able to tow up to 7,500 lbs with the 2" ball or 14,500 lbs with the 2-5/16" ball.
