I have a thule roof rack that i need new rails for. It is a square bar design with TK1 mounting feet. I want to verify the THTB60 will work with this style. Thanks

Yes. If you have crossbars that use the discontinued Tracker or Tracker II feet with the TK1 fit kit, I confirmed with my tech at Thule that they fit the Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack System - 60" Long # THTB60.

You're in a tough spot as Thule has basically phased out your entire roof rack setup from the feet, to the bars, and the fit kit. I wish I had something I could offer that was simple and easy but based on your situation I would go with option 4…
