Are the mounting plates sold by themselves? I have the rails and center piece and only need the mounting plates for kit #BWGNRM1108.

The side plates alone are not a separate part available. While I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, to get the side plates you do need the entire install kit you mentioned, the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Ford # BWGNRM1108.
