I do have a solution for your situation, however, at this time there are no custom fit wiring harnesses available for the 2012 Toyota Prius V or a substitute kit. After doing some research on your vehicle, I found that it is not recommended to flat tow the Prius V and a tow dolly must be used. This is most likely why a custom wiring harness is not available.
To tow your Prius V, I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly, part # RM-2050-1. This dolly comes with tail lights, wheel nets and electric brakes, so you should not need to purchase any additional equipment to tow your vehicle. I do recommend checking your owners manual for any specific towing procedures or restrictions before making any purchases.
