So with this bike rack system, what’s a recommended protective travel cover for 2 mountain bikes while in transit?

Its actually not recommended to use a cover on bike racks because the wind ends up whipping the cover around to the point that the bike and it's finish can get damaged. Plus the cover eventually gets torn up too.
