Availability of Fixed 5th Wheel Hitch for 2016 Ford F-250 Short Bed

I have a 2016 F250 short bed, non OEM rails that Id like to install a 5th wheel hitch on. I am planning on using the under bed rails. The fit that you show BWRVK3400-5W is a slider model. Wondering if there is a non-slider model?
