Since you're not receiving power on the blue controller wires of your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR the cause is most likely an issue with the power coming into the unit itself or just a bad ground.

First, be sure that the power switch on the outside portion of the water heater is switched on. From there use a multimeter like # PT89ZR to check the power running to the unit, you should be seeing 12 volts. If not, you may have a break in the wire somewhere, are experiencing a voltage drop if receiving more than 0v but less than 12v, or have a bad ground.

Check your wire for any damage and ensure there aren't any kinks. If you're experiencing voltage drop you can increase the wire gauge to fix this issue. You'll want to verify that your ground is fully connected to bare metal to ensure proper grounding.

If power at the unit isn't the issue then you may just have a bad controller/thermostat and will need to have it replaced. Since this is brand new you can go through Furrion warranty, if it was past warranty you could replace it with the Replacement Wall Controller for Furrion RV Water Heaters # FR48NR.
