Spring Rate and Deflection of etrailer e66SR 2500 lb Leaf Spring
Question:
What is the spring rate of part number e66SR? Alternatively, what is the total spring deflection at max load rating? This spring is rated for 2500lb axles so I am assuming each spring is rated at 1250 lb. each, correct? Thanks

I managed to reach our manufacturer of the # e66SR 2500 lb leaf spring. You're correct, the capacity of a pair of springs is 2500 lbs so the capacity of each spring is 1250 lbs.
The spring rate is 780-960 lbs/in. The deflection, at the rated capacity of 1250 lbs, should be around 1.43 inches. This would result in a loaded height around 1.75 inches.
