The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56327 is the 4-way flat trailer connector I recommend using for your 2016 Ford Transit Van T150. This is custom fit for your Transit and will connect to your factory lights using OE style connectors.

A Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way to the end of a receiver hitch like the etrailer Receiver # e98842. This will protect your connector from dragging on the ground while still being easily accessible.
