How to Determine Correct Replacement Axle For Easier to Grease Hub

Question:

I have a 1995 361V boat with the Ranger Trail single axle trailer with brakes. Im looking for a hub that is easier to lube than the original hubs that are on it. What would you recommend ?

There isn't a hub that is going to be easier to grease, you would need to replace your axle to get an Easy Lube spindle, which is what will allow easier greasing of the hub. In order to choose the correct replacement axle for your trailer you will need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center, as well as the weight capacity of the axle you need, which should match or exceed the GVWR of your trailer.

For example, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e84YR has a 2,000 lb capacity and measures 60 inches from hub face to hub face and 48 inches from spring center to spring center. It has an Easy Lube spindle and comes with hubs to match.

I've added a link below to our selection of Easy Lube axles for you to check out, or if you get back to me with the dimensions I'd be happy to try and find something that will work for you.
