Why Doesn't Lippert I-Beam Frame Hitch LC240220 Come with Mounting Hardware

Why are the mounting bolts not included, and is there a spec of the bolts that are required? Torque, etc?

Hardware is not included with the Lippert hitch part # LC240220 because not all applications would need to use the same hardware. So what you'd need to do is locally find the best hardware for your application based on the thickness of your I-beam frame and if there's any obstructions where you want to install it.
