More than likely you are not going to want a 50" long wind fairing. Odds are that the 50" crossbars you got will overhang the feet slightly and you want the wind fairing to fit in between the mounting feet. The best way to determine what wind fairing you will need is to measure the distance between the feet of the roof rack and get the wind fairing that is closest to that measurement.

The most likely option would be the Inno Fairing for Roof Racks # INA262 which is 48". There is also the Rhino-Rack Fairing # RRRF3 which is 44" and the Rhino-Rack Fairing # RRRF4 which is 50". The 50" option would cover the entire length of the crossbars, but typically the wind fairing is only used between the roof rack feet. The best course of action is going to be to measure the distance between the roof rack feet once the rack is mounted and then get the wind fairing that is the closest to that measurement.
