Though we do have hitches available for your 2022 Toyota Highlander AWD Platinum Hybrid, like the Curt # C45CR (which is the highest rated option), the largest spare that can be stored under the vehicle after an install will be 18". This is due to where the hitch will sit. Unfortunately, there just will not be enough room for both under the vehicle.
