Recommended Rear Suspension Enhancement For A 2022 Ram 2500

Question:

Was wondering if there would.be any problem with a front level kit on a stock 2500 2022 6.7 ram 2500? When hooking a 20ft enclosed trailer upto it would it help combat sag preventing the nose sticking up?

If you are asking about a front leveling kit on your 2022 Ram 2500 affecting a rear suspension enhancement system, then I can say that it will not. However, if you are asking about a front leveling system helping with rear sag and preventing the front of your truck lifting up, then I have to say it will not do either of these things, unfortunately.

With that said, supplementing the rear suspension will assist with both of these things. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDRTT3500E is going to be one of the most heavy duty options available and will definitely get rid of sag. But with them being as heavy duty as it is, they will affect the unloaded ride pretty severely. Typically, these are used on vehicles with a slide-in camper, salt spreader, or something of this nature.

Due to this, I tend to steer people towards the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2706 instead. These are rated up to 7,500 pounds at 150 psi giving you a lot of load support, but can then be deflated down to 5 psi, which will get you pretty close to your stock ride again. If you are towing full time, the Timbren option will be great. If you do not tow full time though, I'd go with the Firestone option.
