need an adapter for a 2021 kia sorento sx with a factory wireing harness but needs an adapter to get to the 4 wY FLAT PLUG Thanks

I do have an option for you though we don't offer any factory tow package wiring harnesses for a 2021 Kia Sorento. Instead, you will need to use one that plugs in behind the tail lights which will work whether or not you have any sort of factory tow package. For this, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # TK26FR which provides a standard 4-way flat connector.
