Does The TireMinder TPMS Booster Have To Be Disconnected When Not Towing?

Is it ok to have the booster powered continuously? I have it hard wired instead of using the alligator clips.

The Booster for the TireMinder TPMS for Dual Axle Trailers # TPMS-TRAILER uses a very low draw of power. If you use the trailer often there will not be an issue with having the booster hard wired. If your trailer will sit for long periods of time I do recommend disconnecting the battery or putting in a Battery Disconnect # SE63FR to prevent the battery from draining and damaging the battery.

The Tireminder TPMS part #TPMS-TRAILER uses the 433 MHz frequency. If there was a tire pressure loss there would be an alert sent to the monitor.
