For your 2022 Honda Odyssey I recommend going with the etrailer item # e98855 you referenced over the Honda OEM hitch receiver. The towing capacities and functions are identical and are based more off of your vans capabilities than either hitch's strength. The benefit you get with going with the etrailer hitch is its limited lifetime warranty that protects you from defects for the entire time you own the hitch receiver.
If you are looking for a wiring harness to control your trailers lighting functions I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118753.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" Ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
