Difference Between the Curt Q24 & Q25 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2022 Chevrolet 2500 w/ OEM Prep Package
Question:
I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 8' bed with puck system. Looking at the Curt Q24 and Q25 hitches, is there a difference other than the 1,000 lb. capacity difference?

The only difference between the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C37FR and the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C97FR is indeed the 1,000 lbs. weight capacity difference. Both of these hitches actually use the same legs and will drop into the factory puck system you have in your Silverado. The 1,000 lb. difference comes from the Q24 having head rated for less than the Q25. But both heads have the same convenient features like the interlocking dual jaw system and indicator system which will let you know if the jaws on the hitch are ready to couple, uncouple or tow.
Either hitch will be great for use in your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Just pick the one with the weight rating most in line with your needs.
